Niki leads the Cantrell Mortgage Group branch with a hands-on approach and deep local roots. As a Producing Branch Manager, she works directly with clients while mentoring her team — providing clear, honest communication from 22 years of mortgage experience.

From first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners refinancing or tapping equity, Niki treats every file like it's her own.

Outside the Office

When Niki isn't guiding clients through her home loans, you'll likely find her walking her two dogs, Luci and Max, or working on her other businesses. She enjoys staying busy, connecting with people, and always finding new ways to grow and help others.
